Property for sale in Arafo

Arafo is a sparsely populated and rural area (and town) and hence few properties generally available for sale. It is a quiet area with good access both to the tourist areas of the South and the capital Santa Cruz. Nearby are the towns of Candelaria and Guimar.

We examined properties for sale in Arafo and those with big enough sample sizes  - 3 and 4 bedroom detached houses are given in the Guide. There were other properties for sale and these are available on request - they were not included in the Guide as the sample sizes were too small, but buyers of the Guide may ask us and we will provide the information we have.
