Property for sale in Arico and Fasnia

Arico and Fasnia are two municipios in the South East part of Tenerife, both with good access to the tourist centres in the South of Tenerife and Santa Cruz the capital. They are both rural and sparsely populated areas, ideal for anyone who wants a full Spanish environment and one that is quiet and peaceful yet accessible to the main centres.

We have combined the two areas for the analysis because the properties are very similarily priced and the areas have similar characteristics. In our opinion these areas are ripe for price growth in the medium term. Prices have fallen by some 2,4% on average in the last six months, a fall below that of the south in general.
