Property for sale in Arona Arona is a major tourist area and population centre in the South of Tenerife, and includes the busy and popular areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos. It also includes the port with regular ferries to La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma.
It includes also the quierter resort areas of Playa de Las Galletas and Palm Mar and the golf areas nearby. Higher up in Arona we have the small towns of Cabo Blanco and Valle de San Lorenzo.
Many of the properties had pools and for many apartments and studios this is a given.
Properties for sale were examined in Arona, and we found that prices had fallen, on average, by 3,38% in the last six months, before general inflation. However there are areas within this average for Arona that had price increases and some had larger decreases.
