Property for sale in Garachico, Tenerife

Garachico is a small municipio in the northern part of Tenerife. A small and quaint seaside town with some small villages to the south, east and west. It is rich in architectural features an was once a thriving port, all of which changed when volcanic larva destroyed part of the harbour and town some 300 years ago.

The properties for sale reviewed in our Guide comprise:

• one bedroom apartments
• two bedroom apartments 

There were other properties reviewed but the sample sizes were too small for a detailed analysis - however this information is available on request for buyers of the Tenerife Property Price Guide. In the Guide there is detailed analysis of one and two bedroom apartments in the town of Garachico and La Caleta de Interian (a small seaside village near Garachico). We also found in the surveys some very similar properties priced for foreigners at much higher prices, advertised through certain agencies, while other Spanish agencies had pricing for very similar properties at lower prices.

Prices of property for sale have fallen by an average of 6% in the last six months.
