There are two parts to Guimar for the property market - the town itself and the surrouding areas and El Puertito (meaning the small port) on the coast.

In our survey of properties for sale in Guimar, we found that prices had fallen by 1,23% in the last six months, a smaller fall than the south and south east in general (which was 3,48%). We reviewed the following properties for sale:

• Three bedroom apartments
• Four and five bedroom detached houses
