We have gathered details of over 8,000 properties for sale from published sources, which we then sorted, classified, and reviewed to arrive at a final figure of 5,400 properties which form the basis of the Guide.

For example, you will find in the Guide that there are one bedroom apartments in Los Cristianos that are 29% lower in price than the average price; that in Callao Salvaje, in Adeje, 50% of all the two bedroom apartments are priced at the bottom quarter of the price range.

In Santa Cruz, in the Anaga residential area, some three bedroom apartments are 30% less in cost per square metre than the average cost.

In Puerto de La Cruz, in the La Paz and El Botanico areas, there are studio apartments with pools withs costs per square metre 17% less than the average. And if the property you want costs more you will have the guide to demonstrate market values to help get the price down.
