Pricing


Value-IT works with two different pricing models:

Workhour-based contract: with our consulting services (eg. analysis, research, writing materials, face-to-face consulting) we prefer workhour-based contracts with our customer. This means that after the first free-of-charge consulting session we create a custom offer to meet the customer's custom needs. We create the exact construction jointly with the customer since every company is different thus every contractual relationship will be unique.

Success fee: with our business-to-business efforts (partner matchmaking, organizing presentations, client meetings, etc.) we prefer a success fee based contract. A contract is usuall about organizing an exact amount of partner meetings, presentations, client one-on-ones and use a ranged pricing. We guarantee the meetings: if a previously organized meeting is cancelled, we organize a new one instead of it with no further cost.

Special costs (travel, vanue, logistics, infrastructure) is to be covered by the customer with both type of contractual relationships - like with classic consulting contracts.
